The place is large, the environment is beautifully decorated, drinks and fruits are all you can eat, there is a spa pool and a dry steam room. The technicians are all polite, middle-aged, and the massage is definitely strong enough. The technician's photo taking skills are quite high. The minimum tip for foot massage in the lobby is RMB $60/hr, and the minimum tip for full body massage is RMB $100/2hr.

It’s great value for money with good masseuses. I especially liked the Hot Stone massage, my masseur was number 67. Great skill, friendly too!

First time going to Queen Spa and Dining. I am amazed with the wide selection of drinks and fruits and the large area. There are total 6 levels and each floor is huge. The areas are kept clean and staff is friendly.

The environment and facilities are good, the masseur's gestures are good and powerful, and you can eat fruit drinks to your heart's content. This time I had a Chinese massage, and I will try something else next time.

This experience was overall satisfactory. Both the ginger foot massage technician Q570 and the new Chinese technician 167 were nice, professional and polite👍🏼Most of the waiters in the lobby and bathroom were proactive and polite, but a few were not. The environment in the restaurant and various lounges was satisfactory, but I felt that the bathroom environment was a bit poor. The overall consumption experience is OK! Klook packages are easy to use.

The oldest and arguably the best sauna in Shenzhen! Massage never dissapoints and unlike other saunas they give free charging wires and don't charge for staying overnight in the massage room on all evenings except Fri and Sat

I have been there before Covid and now realized nearly all facilities are newly renovated, and this package is really worth it, as Tip is included. Will definitely use again in near future.

Queen spa is newly renovated (we have using this spa more than 10 years) , so now it’s quite brand new and targeting young people, as per decoration perspective. and the food is amazing too and workers are extremely nice ( I have several cases tonight, but let me share 1 case). At late night, we wanted to turn off the light, but it seemed only controlled by the person, seating next to us. So the female worker around us kindly gave us the eyepatch, to sleep well. it was so warm and generous. Not only for this case, I have several cases. kindly recommend to visit here (and children friendly, as they have pool and various of fruits)! I am sure this is one of the best Shenzhen massage place ever!

we really enjoyed our stay at this spa! the facilities are really good have fruits unlimited drinks and arcade too! your kids will love to play at their claw machine and Nintendo. will definitely come back again next time.

Luohu's larger water club has free shuttle service, fruit, drinks, and is super cost-effective. So I tried it and it was really good. The waiter was enthusiastic. The massage technique of technician No. 058 was skilled and strong enough. It is worth recommending. I will come again next time.
