Good itinerary. Easy meet up outside the cruise terminal at 9am. Wifi on board bus not working so that was disappointing. Was told you'll see the wifi network come in 15 to 20 minutes and then enter password but network never appeared. Air con was ok but not very strong compared to the close to 40° C outdoors. Marina was a good guide and Luciano was also good driver.
The guide, Giada was so nice. Even I reserved the ticket only transfer she gave me useful information and map of the cities. We could spend every piece of time usefully. I would recomend this tour to my family.
It is a bad experiment. I booked "Florence and Pisa Tour from La Sezia with option of Join-in tour with Leaning Tower Entrance & Accademia Gallery" from Klook Platform for 12 people. But when we arrived Florence, the tour guide system shows our tour only included the ticket for Leaning Tower but no ticket for Accademia Gallery. We argued with guider for about 20-30 mins but still at last we can't entry the Gallery as Klook platform sent the guider wrong ticket information.
