You can go there an hour before the scheduled time, take the elevator to the top floor, and have a bird's eye view of the entire Venice. You will definitely be very satisfied!

The scenery is very good, you can enjoy the main island and neighboring islands. The elevator goes directly to the observation area without climbing stairs. It is friendly to children and the elderly. You can go to the top to enjoy the sea breeze at noon in summer.

It was great to see the city of Venice from above. It's also good that you can go up by elevator. However, I booked at the last minute, and when I presented the barcode directly at the entrance, I was told it was incorrect! I was confused because I didn't realize I needed to exchange the ticket at the Klook counter.

The panoramic view of Venice from the St. Mark's Bell Tower is 10 points stunning! You can imagine the former grandeur of this water empire. The tickets are well worth buying and the queues are much faster than those at the on-site ticket office.

After payment, I received a message saying I couldn't book the tickets. There was no information provided on how to apply for a refund or the procedure. Overall, it felt very perfunctory and there was no service to speak of. You could even buy tickets on the official website last minute, which makes it feel like a scam.

Even though I arrived an hour before the meeting time, the guide never showed up, and I wasted valuable time in Florence. The support center claimed the guide was there, but I think they should improve their service, like other companies do. Everyone, please be careful; I do not recommend this.
