Arashiyama, Kinkaku-ji, & Kiyomizu-dera Day Tour from Osaka or Kyoto

Whole trip was great, the view were beatiful and panaromic. Our driver Xiao Ju was nice and very on time on all pick up points. We tried quite a number of Kyoto popular food, had a very nice matcha tea and dessert. Recommend for everyone.

The tour helps you to cover the wide variety of points of interest in the city of Kyoto. The best, our driver who helped us at all times to locate ourselves and understand the destinations. He was very attentive and patient and pleasant in his dealings. Without a doubt, the best part of the excursion was our driver/guide.

Not sure whether this is a tour or just transfer services. the information shared by the guide is limited (i.e meeting points and time, how to get to the destination) nothing much about the background, interest facts or any recommendation on the food or restaurant.

Driver was continuously in a rush. did not brief much about the trip. his messages was only to threaten - u will have to come to next stop if you come late. it didn’t feel good especially it’s a vocational trip. same thing could be requested in a better language than in threatening language. car was okishly clean. Overall experience as decent but the cab driver was always rushing to complete the trip. the drop which should have happened at 6pm got completed at 5pm itself.

If you want to check in classic attractions in one day, this is a very good itinerary. We carried luggage and it was very convenient to go from Osaka to Kyoto. The tour guide was very enthusiastic

With a dedicated car to pick you up, you can avoid a lot of walking, making traveling with your elders very easy.

i can't find the meet point. i have followed the map they provided,.i can find the spot but no one there. i arrivws there at 8.05 whille te meeting time is 8.30. i was with my 5 yo daughter,looking arround asked people but no one csn help. there was many buses park there,but no one can help me. it is very very very dissapointed. i ask for full refund and put a big compliant about it. this is not only full refund but how i missed the tour. i have booked many toirs in tokyo but none pf them are bad like this. you should peovide the picture. this is unacceptable and unprofessional. i am very very upset .i havev sent email but no respond yet. IT IS VERY VERY VERY BAD AND UPROFESSIONAL. i am asking for full refund and compensation

The bus picks up and drops off at a designated location, and there is no tour guide or commentary. It is recommended to provide a walking route map for easier arrangement.
