A MUST - check your Klook app for update from the tour guide the night before as the bus location may be different from what’s stated in the voucher. Fret not, the location change is just around the area/around the corner. Though the update is detailed, it is in Chinese and I can’t read it (Klook app doesn’t allow a copy and paste function that allows for easy translation at Google Translate app). But there is a phone number provided, I contacted the tour guide via Wechat. As the guide understands basic English, she is able to provide the details of meetup clearly along with the location pin of the bus. We found the bus easily and departed and returned as per planned / mentioned in the voucher. If you understand Chinese, a plus point is the tour guide explains the background of pandas, Chengdu history and even sends you a recommended list of things to do and eat in Chengdu for you to explore on your own.
