Reviews
The itinerary was good, but there were no chairs provided at the location. Remember to bring your own small chair or picnic blanket (although the ground is very hard, so we recommend bringing a small chair). The view from the group area wasn't great; a quarter of the opening drone show was blocked by a building. The tour guide walked very fast and didn't check if the group members were keeping up, resulting in some members getting separated and lost. The leader had to walk back to find them. The tour guide also disappeared midway. A Japanese staff member came to ask questions, but because there was no tour guide to translate, it was difficult to understand what they meant.
Point-to-point direct transport to the destination is so convenient for family travel. The VIP seats are great, with a completely unobstructed view of the performance.
The location is very ideal and there is no obstruction to watching the fireworks. It is worth recommending.
The guide wasn't wearing a uniform at check-in, and no one provided license plate or guide information beforehand. I had to search through a list of guide names at the meeting point to find my information, which wasted a lot of my time. After arriving, the guide just rushed ahead, and out of 40+ people, only 6 or 7 initially made it to the destination. Over 30 people got separated. Also, only a Japanese phone number was provided for contact, which was very inconvenient. With so many communication apps available now, none were offered. Another guide from the same company didn't have this issue. I've never encountered such a terrible guide!
Beautiful fireworks, beautiful fireworks, beautiful fireworks
The pick-up was on time, but the location was not very good. The beautiful fireworks were on the other side, and they were too far away to take pictures, which was a bit disappointing.
