THANN Sanctuary Spa at Chatrium Grand Hotel Experience in Bangkok

Very satisfied. I had massages around the hotel three times, and they were incomparable to Thann's. The masseuse's hands had no calluses and were completely immersed in oil. They had a uniform massage technique and were strong, very comfortable.

This was the best massage I've ever had; I was truly impressed. All the staff were so kind, and I'd love to visit again.

The massage skills, products, and atmosphere are all more than I expected. My body was sore from traveling, but I feel refreshed and relaxed. I will come again.

Convenient exchange, technicians' technical massage is in place, there is coconut drink after the massage, package includes small gifts, and there are also discounts for shopping

Today, I had a relaxing massage at THANN, and the overall experience was excellent. 🌿 The environment was quiet and comfortable. As soon as I walked in, I could smell the soothing THANN aroma, which helped me relax quickly. The masseuse was very professional, applying just the right amount of pressure, and focused on my tense shoulders, neck, and back. After the massage, I truly felt much lighter and more relaxed. The staff were all very friendly and polite, making me feel comfortable from check-in to the end of the treatment. The entire facility was also very clean and tasteful. It was a truly enjoyable massage experience during this trip to Bangkok, and I would love to visit again next time I'm in the city. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Staying at the hotel upstairs is very convenient. The masseuse is strong and skilled, allowing for quick relaxation. It's best that the room has two shower rooms so two people don't have to wait in line to shower. Also, the masseuse is attentive and polite. I will definitely go again next time.

I just happened to stay in this hotel. It was very convenient. You will fill in some basic information at the beginning, then choose the scent. At the end, you will be given a coconut, and you will leave after drinking.

The venue is very good and the service staff are very friendly. You can choose your favorite essential oils for aromatherapy because it is a branded essential oil skin care product with a certain level. The aromatherapist's skills are superb and the whole process is very relaxing. I will participate again.

I bought two Klook tickets on September 8th for the evening of September 21st. When I arrived, I was suddenly told there was no booking. Even when I showed them the QR code, they insisted there was no such booking and refused to serve us that night for fear of not getting paid, unless we paid the full original price. It was very frustrating. The manager refused to contact Klook directly and told me to contact Klook myself. We are traveling and not in Thailand—did they expect me to make an international call to Klook? Later, after we asked, she suddenly said there was availability, but only for the 22nd. Finally, she said she would contact Klook the next morning and would confirm the 22nd at 7:30 PM only after getting confirmation. 😖 Our itinerary was completely disrupted. As for the massage technique, it was just average. The pressure was not strong enough; it felt like they were just applying oil to the body and lightly rubbing, and even when I asked them to use more pressure, it stayed the same. The indoor environment design was simple and pretty. Although I gave them full marks on the staff performance review form, honestly, the experience was quite mediocre. Street-side massage shops actually have better techniques and are cheaper.

the best spa i’ve had in bangkok, even better than panpuri
