The cruise itself was quite good, however the cruise included a complimentary drink but when I went to the bar to redeem it the bartender asked for a voucher. The person that checked me in on the dock failed to issue me with the voucher. After trying to explain to the bartender who didn’t speak English that I didn’t receive one another crew member arrived and explained that I needed the voucher. After arguing with the crew member and bartender for 5 minutes they reluctantly gave me my complimentary drink. Although I understand their point of view, I am a tourist and had no way of knowing that I was supposed to receive a voucher for the drinks. Besides that problem the cruise was good and the guide was very friendly, funny and kept everyone entertained.

staff soo nice and very helpful they let us use in even we’re late coming cause of traffic
ride was really slow, kind of boring experience, no free alchohol was served and upon inquiring about it they refused to offer such service.
worst service - washrooms are not working.. staff is rude .. when asked for kid to use restroom they refused.. if you are looking for value for money this is definitely not the place
