Vehicle Information

• 5-Seater Vehicle: Toyota Camry or similar. Without child safety seats, the vehicle can carry a maximum of 3 passengers (including children) + 2 standard-sized pieces of luggage.
• 7-Seater Vehicle: Toyota Sienna or similar. Without child safety seats, the vehicle can carry a maximum of 6 passengers (including children) + 2 standard-sized pieces of luggage.
• 10-Seater Vehicle: Ford Transit or similar. Without child safety seats, the vehicle can carry a maximum of 8 passengers (including children) + 2 standard-sized pieces of luggage.

Luggage Details

• Standard luggage size: 36 cm x 25 cm x 53 cm. Oversized luggage will be considered as 2 pieces. If the maximum number of passengers or the luggage allowance is exceeded, the passenger will be responsible for any additional fees incurred due to the inability to board.

Important Notes

• The total duration of the private car service is 10 hours, or 8 hours if the starting or ending location is in a different city. Service is available from 05:00 - 21:00. We recommend planning your departure time accordingly to fully enjoy the attractions.
• If the service exceeds 10 hours, an overtime fee of USD 50 per hour will be charged directly to the driver for vehicle types with 10 seats or less.
• Departure times are flexible based on passenger needs. Please note: The driver will speak either Chinese or English, or use translation software for English communication.
• Infants and children also occupy seats. A child safety seat occupies approximately 1.5 adult seat equivalents. The supplier can provide a maximum of 1 child safety seat. If required, please pay the child seat fee at the time of booking.
• The supplier will send you the driver's information 1 day before departure (at least 3 hours before the service). Please pay attention to this information.
• Please wait for the driver in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time.
• Pick-up and drop-off locations are limited to hotels or private residences within the Las Vegas city area (for pick-up/drop-off in other locations, please allow extra travel time for the driver or be prepared to pay additional fees as determined by the actual situation).
