Photography enthusiasts should definitely visit this Jingkeng Ancient Town! There are many great photo spots, and it's especially beautiful near dusk. This time, I stayed at the Phoenix Hotel, and the plan included a 30-minute on-site photography session! I have to commend the photographer, Ya Cheng, for being very professional, polite, and patient in teaching us poses.

For this two-day, one-night getaway to Gan坑 Ancient Town, I chose the private hot spring courtyard suite with a king-size bed. The room matched the online photos perfectly, with a classic and elegant layout. It was clean and tidy, and the indoor private hot spring even came with a disposable bathtub liner, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene. Currently, check-in is handled at the front desk of the Nanxiang Building. The hotel staff provided excellent service and were friendly. Breakfast is also served in the Nanxiang Building lobby. While the variety isn't extensive, the food is delicious; I recommend the crispy fried dough sticks and natural soy milk. Overall, it was a comfortable experience, well worth revisiting, and I recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

there isn’t much review here but rest assured that this place is superb! the room is clean and spacious! the front desk is very helpful, polite and informative. I’ve booked the photography session as well, the photographer is skilful , knowing where to get good shots. the package came with afternoon tea and a breakfast, both are equally great!

It was a very pleasant experience. The room was spacious, and the bath was great, especially with the disposable bathtub liner provided. The only downside was the bullfrogs outside, which were noisy all day, making it hard to sleep at night. Also, the refrigerator was broken (though that didn't really affect me personally). I thought the breakfast was okay; I was satisfied with the eggs, congee, yogurt, and fried noodles, as I don't eat much for breakfast (the sticky rice chicken was a pleasant surprise!). It would definitely be enough for men.

The only drawback is that the air conditioner's cooling power is not strong enough, but fortunately the weather is still cool, so it's not a big problem.
