Throughly enjoyed this experience to see and touch first hand lava rocks that are still steaming months after eruption. Guide was knowledgeable and happy to share, throughout the hike. Fellow hikers made the day trip fun and relaxed.

Yeah, hiking up the volcano can be a real challenge, but the feeling i get from it is like no other! It's totally worth it for the chance to witness a volcanic eruption up close.

The travel agency canceled the tour twice without prior notice due to bad weather, so I waited in the cold and rain at the meeting place and wasted my time. I have to return home, so I can no longer participate in the tour. There is no guidance or action regarding refunds, and the local tour agency is telling me to get a refund from Klook, but Klook is not taking any action or contacting me. It is an absurd situation.
