  • Any person or organization purchasing tickets for attractions, performances or entertainment items agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. Studio City Hotel Limited and the attractions (management) reserve the right to change, delete, and/or modify these terms and conditions. Additional rights without the consent of others. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Macau, and any person or organization purchasing tickets agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Macau.
  • Tickets are only valid for designated performances and performance times. If the date or time of the performance is changed, the management is not obliged to refund or exchange tickets. The management reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the program, add, delete or replace performers, and modify the program content, performance location or number of seats.
  • Once the ticket is sold, it means that the transaction has been completed. All completed and confirmed transactions cannot be canceled, refunded or exchanged. Management is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged tickets.
  • Tickets should be purchased directly from ticket sales outlets approved by the management and official ticket offices. Guests who purchase tickets from improper channels, such as resold tickets, will be refused entry.
  • Tickets may only be used to enter the relevant performance venue or rides, and may not be resold or attempted to be resold at a higher price (whether through online auction or otherwise), or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including but not Limited to business competitions and promotional offers) or promoting other goods or services, unless approved by management. Management reserves the right to cancel any resold tickets and prohibit such ticket holders from entering the performance venue or attractions without refund.
  • The management will not be responsible for any complaints, claims, refunds or refunds and shall not be deemed to be in breach of these terms and conditions, nor will it be responsible for the consequences of any delay or cancellation of a performance if it is due to circumstances beyond its control Due to factors, the management will not be responsible for any compensation other than the fare.

  • Print and electronic tickets are stamped with a unique number and security identification. Holders of any other tickets will be denied admission and may be prosecuted.
  • If the ticket holder is found to have participated in fraud or other illegal activities, or if it is discovered that the ticket held was issued in error or there was an error in the redemption process, the management reserves the right to modify or cancel this transaction.
  • Ticket holders are solely responsible for transportation to and from the performance venue. Therefore, ticket holders will not receive refunds or refunds when sea, land or air transportation changes, late arrivals, service suspensions, postponements or cancellations.
  • Ticket holders are responsible for viewing performances or using rides at their own risk. Ticket holders voluntarily assume all risks and dangers incidental to any performance or ride, whether before, during or after the performance. Guests are responsible for attending and watching performances or using rides at their own risk and responsibility.   • The management reserves the right to arrange seats at its own discretion and reserves the right to arrange seats with different seat numbers than those specified on the ticket without prior notice. If necessary, the management will refund the difference between the original seat and the changed seat fare.
  • Illegal solicitation of customers is prohibited, and you cannot promote goods, services, tickets or conduct any customer surveys without approval.
  • Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest who behaves in an unruly, rude, inappropriate manner, interferes with the enjoyment of the program by others, or poses a safety threat. In this case, management will not refund or compensate. Any patron who causes a nuisance, behaves inappropriately, or fails to comply with the requirements of management will be ejected from the theater without refund or compensation.
  • For security reasons, ticket holders will be inspected before entering the venue, and any bags, packages or other personal belongings must be opened for inspection.
  • Any prohibited items (including but not limited to glass bottles, aluminum cans or knives) that the management considers to be dangerous or inappropriate are not allowed to be brought into the venue.
  • Mobile phones, any portable communication devices or other electronic devices should be turned off in the venue to avoid affecting the performance.
  • Guests must wear public-appropriate clothing and must wear shoes. Guests not wearing appropriate clothing and/or going barefoot will not be admitted.
  • Management will not be responsible for any impact caused by force majeure factors, such as performance delays or cancellations, power outages, fires, explosions, floods, typhoons, heavy rains or similar disasters, strikes, labor disputes, unusually severe weather, war, Insurrection, riot, civil commotion, acts or threats of terrorism, acts of God, infectious disease outbreaks, industrial action, national or local government decrees or regulations, governmental directives or regulations, or any other reasonable cause beyond its control.
  • Subject to clauses 5 and 19, for any rescheduled or canceled performances, regardless of whether the tickets are purchased together with the travel package, the management is only responsible for redeeming the tickets or refunding the partial or total face value of the tickets, and will only refund to ticket holders. Complimentary tickets will not be refunded in cash.
  • Studio City is only responsible for issuing or selling tickets on behalf of the event organizer or organizer specified on the ticket. If an event is canceled or postponed, the organizer or organizer of the event will be responsible for arranging refunds, and ticket prices will only be refunded to ticket holders.
  • In the event of any dispute, the management reserves the right to make the final decision on the dispute or issues related to tickets, admission, etc.
  • According to Macau law, smoking is not allowed in theaters and amusement facilities.
  • Guests entering and staying at Studio City venues must comply with all announcements, instructions, restrictions, warnings and rules.
  • Complimentary tickets will not be refunded in cash. If a venue or facility closes or a performance is canceled or postponed, complimentary ticket holders should contact the department that provided the complimentary ticket to process a ticket exchange.
  • Please refer to venue terms and conditions for guest height restrictions, pregnant women, medical conditions, late arrivals, parental permission of minors, age, photo and video restrictions.
  • The performance may contain bright lights, powerful sound effects, smoke or special effects caused by pyrotechnics, water, machinery, light or other elements. The management will not be responsible for any health problems caused by guests enjoying the performances or using the rides.
  • The above terms and conditions are written in English and Chinese. If there is any discrepancy or conflict between the Chinese and English versions, the English version shall prevail.
  • The management reserves the final right to revise and interpret this coupon without prior notice.
