Travel guide was welcoming, although we didn’t get to see aurora as it was snowy and windy but the experience itself is amazing. If i were to come back to watch aurora I will definitely choose Nordic Unique Travels again
It was a great experience chasing the aurora on a sled. The tour guides were very nice and patient in explaining the formation of the aurora. It was also great to see the aurora.
we didn't get to see northern lights but the sleigh ride through Arctic wilderness was quite good
Unfortunetely we did not see aurora on this tour..The wether was so cold its good that the trip was only 1 hour..we just sit inside the sleigh..as we manage to see aurora in our cabin a day before this tour so we just enjoy a ride without expecting aurora..
The guide was not too bad but the ride is too close to the city, no where near seeing the northern lights due to light pollution
The tour was cancelled, we asked for an alternative. Went to their office and told them face to face, and they said to wait at the pickup place at the specified time. however, even when we waited, ended up they forgot to book us in after waiting 1 hour. we called them and asked for refund. still waiting for refund. so advice is, if they cancel, just ask for refund, dont ask for alternative. they are not professional in handling too many requests.
There were a lot of people signing up, and the staff couldn't help everyone register in an efficient and orderly manner. The scene was very chaotic.
Not recommended this activity, it is really boring.
