Japan eSIM (immediately usable via QR code)

excellent connection and customer service. some reviews said they are based in China so Tiktok is not available - I didn’t try so i cannot confirm that. no biggie for me as I don’t rely on TT. Make sure you have your data roaming switched on for connectivity. i used this in Disneysea where i had to frequently refresh the app - this didn’t disappoint. highly recommend the Unlimited pkg if you are a tourist - you will constantly need google maps, google translate, teamlabs app, etc. the connection loses a bit when in underground subway but that is normal… we worked around it using signages. bring a powerbank always! :-)

The e-sim is easy to install via qr code sent from my email. Although, I think this one is based in China or Taiwan? So there are links & apps that cannot be opened. But I was able to use messenger and instagram. Will definitely buy again when I come back to Japan.

Super excited!!! This eSIM works so well and I am able to hot spot my family if needed. Most other eSIM does not support that, if you have young kids wants to play simple games or just browsing YouTube for short time, this plan is perfect! Speed is ok, not feeling any lagging. We went to Hokkaido and Tokyo, no connection issues.

Amazing value, probably the best I have seen online. Only used around 1Gb or less per day, so was a good amount. Let us tour Japan easily and see great things!

good speed and easy to connect. when landed connect to any WiFi then log in to eSIM using instructions. make sure you only log in on the day itself to avoid burning your credits

This esim is affordable. I used this as backup for our pocket wifi. Unlike the comments I've read here, I was able to access TikTok using this internet. The setup was really easy, but you need internet connection to set this up 😅, at least on my experience. The speed was decent and I was able to share the internet using mobile hotspot. Overall, I am satisfied with the product and I will book this again.
