I was a little worried because the guide was in English, but overall, it was a comfortable, fulfilling, and enjoyable trip. I emailed the company because I wasn't sure where to meet, and they responded right away in half a day, which was reassuring!
The tour operator didn’t show so if I could give this 0 stars, I would. I was at the square 20 mins before the meeting time and no one showed. Even got rained on. I messaged Klook and they wanted me to wait so I waited almost an hour before deciding to leave because the local operator never responded back to them. And the Klook agent actually wanted me to continue to wait which is ridiculous! This ruined my day and wasted my time. So I rebooked this tour with a different company. You should still check out Fatima, it was beautiful. Just don’t do it via Klook.
