This is the Seaquest diving shop at Arona Beach Oasis Resort. This company only goes out to the sea 30 meters in front of Arona Beach. I don’t even go to Napaling, let alone Balikasak. I went out to the beach in the photo morning and afternoon for two days, and there was nothing to see there.
