There was a lucky draw for hotel anniversary. And we were very lucky to won something. During the 2nd cleaning, they also left us a chocolates and a sweet note. Overall, very good. Probably will be better if they could improve the scent at the lobby. There is a musky smell at lobby

The hotel is abit far from the train station. If traveling with elderly, then will have to call Uber. The room is huge and clean. Esp love the toilet. Dry and wet are separated. The bathtube is super plus point

its a great hotel but some things could make it a bit better: parasols on the rooftop (the sun); availability of self-laundry (if the machine is done, just empty it), overall flexibility of staff at the rooftop level, especially if a laundry machine is broken, you cant have laundry that is finished lying in there for 30 minutes. other than that really good hotel
