What an amazing place with such amazing staff. We arrived and was helped quickly from the cab to the entrance. Staff were quick with check in and updated via whats app when our room was ready. Our room was an Executive Seaview with Balcony. AMAZING views of My Khi Beach and an excellent location. Rooftop pool and bar was so lovely and relaxing. Left our bags for a couple of days whilst we took a rucksack to travel around via motorbike no issues. Will stay here again great staff wonderful hotel and excellent stay

We had a great stay at Balcona Hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Towels were fresh and changed daily which we really appreciated. The staff were all nice, friendly, and accommodating throughout our stay. Breakfast buffet was also good with a nice selection of food to choose from every morning. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel 😊
