Great experience !! Guides were great ... service was also good. However, ita not a proper snorkelling like if you do not know to swim. Book this only if you can go under water on your own. Otherwise you can also just stay on the surface and enjoy kayaking or may be just even relax on boat or try fishing. You can make a choice. Staff was really nice and supportive !

Our group traveled in a medium-sized bus, with a total of 15 people. The tour guide was very professional and spoke English fluently. When we arrived at Ba Na Hills, everyone collectively purchased a Wow Pass. The guide, being very familiar with the area, led us through shortcuts, so we didn't have to wait in line anywhere. After taking the cable car to the main park area, the guide gave us three hours of free time before we had to prepare to head back down the mountain. Honestly, for such a large park, three hours, including time for a meal, is truly not enough. Coming all this way, it felt a bit disappointing. The premium all-you-can-eat buffet included in this package is highly not recommended. Its price is actually around $350 to $400 NTD, so you shouldn't expect high quality. The restaurant is very large and extremely crowded, and it seemed that most of the patrons were Vietnamese. We saw many people wearing flip-flops or putting their feet directly on the chairs, and children were running around making noise. The overall dining atmosphere was not very pleasant. I suggest not buying this buffet; the food quality is poor, and eating there wastes valuable time. Save your money, grab some light snacks within the park, and gain more time to explore the various exhibits and attractions instead.

So glad I booked a tour. I am on a solo trip and the join in group was the right call. Picked up and dropped off in my hotel. Joy, our guide was a delight and very personal. There's just a lot of walk and it can be very humid and hot. I liked the noodles that was served to us after our tour. Bring water, fan, umbrella and extra clothing just in case. Also, some cash. Entrance fee of 150000 Vnd is not included in this tour.

If you are interested in learning about Vietnam’s last emperor, you have to book this tour. It will be very hot so bringing an umbrella is a must. wear something that will protect you from the heat of the sun.

I did not regret booking this tour! I was lucky there were only 7 of us which helped in managing the group. Having a tour guide helps since the area is so big. They know which area to prioritize or which area to spend more time in. So that the next time you go, you can do it ok your own and wouldn’t be overwhelmed. Our tour guide was Na and she balanced the tour with a guided tour which allowed us to learn about the place and some time on our own to explore the area. If it’s your first time going to Ba Na and you can only spend one day, book this tour! I didn’t feel rushed at all.

Hoi An and Marble Mountains were truly beautiful experiences! ✨ We loved the peaceful lantern boat ride, the fun rickshaw ride through the charming streets, and exploring the cozy coffee shops around Hoi An ☕🏮 The top view from Marble Mountains was absolutely breathtaking and worth the climb! 🌄 A perfect mix of culture, relaxation, and scenic beauty. This is a natural landscape and historical site located far from the city center, so it receives significantly fewer visitors compared to places like Ba Na Hills or Hoi An Ancient Town. It is quite a distance away, so if you're not particularly interested in natural scenery and historical sites, I wouldn't highly recommend making the trip. There are many ancient temples within the park, but according to our guide, over 80% of them have been reconstructed. This is because most of the temples were destroyed by successive rulers and bombing during the Vietnam War. If you're not someone with a deep interest in history, you might find that many of them look quite similar. It gets extremely hot in the summer, and there are no air-conditioned areas within the entire park, so the only relief you'll find is under the shade of trees. There are quite a few gnats, so remember to bring insect repellent. I purchased a package that included a rice paper making experience and a very unique home-cooked meal, both of which were special experiences. Overall, considering the price, which included a guide, driver, admission tickets to the attractions, the rice paper experience, and the home-style meal, the value for money is actually very high.

I would definitely recommend this package!! We had a fantastic time, enjoyed our entire day. Our guide - Nam, was extremely polite, sweet, helpful and thorough! During our time togethet he told us a lot about Vietnam, Hoi An, History and Culture. Our Coconut Boat Experience was wonderful. And Egg Coffee at Rooftop Cafe was amazing!! Five star from our side!
