The hotel is very close to Hoan Kiem Lake, so very convenience to travel around the area. Hotel is good enough for a short stay. There is road construction in front of the hotel, so it is a bit polluted.

The location is good, it is near to everything, especially in Marou Vietnam Chocolate, if you want to buy gifts for frined back home. The room is net, the bed is big, as it can fit four persons in one bed. The water pressure and temperature is also good.

The receptionists were all incredibly nice but couldn’t explain where their restaurant was and what time was it open. I went up to the 6th floor restaurant (trial and error to find it) around 5:30 pm, and everything was dark. Both the rooftop cafe and restaurant were closed. Room was okay too, just has really thin walls so you here every neighboring door slam, shower turning on, and hallway conversations. Location is very convenient though, it’s near an ATM, a hidden cocktail bar and the lake!

We had a wonderful stay at Affa Boutique Hotel. The rooms were always clean and well-maintained, which made our stay very comfortable. The staff were also very accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile and make us feel welcome. Overall, it was a relaxing and pleasant experience, highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and excellent service.
