Overall okay! The room’s quite small, so it’s better to choose the barrier-free room if you want more space. We had two big luggage with us, and there was barely any space to walk between the twin beds. It was also pretty warm, even with the aircon set to 18°C, it still felt hot (same for the hallway). But both the robot and human staff were really friendly!

Seamless check in and check out with the robot. The room is regularly made up. The space is a bit small but enough to open a large luggage.

Leaving a 4 star for facilities as they were short of an iron. But other than that, the hotel was honestly in a good spot amidst the bustling of myeongdong street! Would definitely come again especially with how the toilet and the shower room is seperated as it comes in handy.
