Beautiful hotel with helpful English speaking concierge, generous rooms and fabulous buffet breakfast. We thought a city view would be more interesting but recommend booking a park view room (there's a fountain light show on at about 8PMm that's pretty impressive) . The metro is about a 10mins walk away so something to be aware of but not really an issue. The pool & sauna facilities are great. Shopping mall 5 mins walk away is not fancy but has lots of basic restaurants and a huge supermarket.

It was a good price luxury hotel at a great business location in Shanghai. The room was spotless, and the hotel amenities were wonderful. Definitely I will consider staying again when I go back to Shanghai for a business.
