hotel location: near parks for outdoor activities or just walking. it also helps that it is near Xpark and even an outlet so you can go shopping. cleanliness: very clean and well maintained. breakfast: buffet breakfast has very good variety serving western and Asian dishes. service: satisfying and even has a room for laundry and business center. they even have a robot to bring up goods.

landed late so it made sense to check into a taoyuan hotel before taking the HSR out the following day. loved how spacious our room was. booked for two people but we thought it could have housed 5 people easily. appreciated how attentive the concierge was. went to zhongli night market as advised and we were surprised by how large it was! Gloria outlet was less than 5 mins walk away, the Xpark aquarium was less than 2 mins away on level 2, attached to the hotel.

Spacious room with free kid amenities (requested in advance) such as baby crib, baby chairs etc. Wonderful service from the staffs. Convenient location with direct access to the Xpark and Gloria Outlet. Just a short walk to the metro & high speed rail station through the outlet. Slightly crowded at breakfast during weekends. Reserve the timeslot earlier if possible.

nice hotel. provided breakfast but they were totally the same for two consecutive days even for the stir fry vegetables, chicken, radish cake, baked pastries and cakes, dumpling and most of the fruits etc. the chicken is very dry and hard for both days. the egg station was probably the best but there is no filling for you to choose for the omelette.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel room, spacious, clean, and the dining area and breakfast spread were beautiful. We had jet lag and felt safe exploring the hotel since every hallway was so brightly lit and public rooms had safety features in place. Conveniently located next to Xpark Aquarium!
