Though the hotel is 2 lanes from the main road, it is quiet and all round are residential from small huts to some mansions. And you can hear the cocks crow, especially in the morning. You get a big room and a large bathroom with hot showers.

Nice Staff, nice rooms but could be a bit cleaner. The duvet was not that clean and the floor wasntt ery clean as well. A bit too far away from the beach etc but taxi is affordable. Overall not terrible. Good for a few nights.

The hotel is absolutely filthy. There was very large brown coloured stains on the walls directly above the equally stained pillows. The toilet leaked water all through the bathroom and directly on to the shower floor. The smell of sewerage from this leaking water was overwhelming. The room and lined were untouchable. Every aspect of this hotel was horrendous. The bathroom wasn't even sealed from the outdoors. We notified management the room was unacceptable and was told "no refunds available". We booked and paid for a week's accommodation. Didn't stay a single night and left within an hour (enough time to book alternate accommodation). This dump of a hotel was advertised as one of the accommodation options on the Jetstar website booking page. The photos online look entirely different to the hotel's current condition. Be warned!

I was really surprised when I got to my room. It was very spacious and comfortable. Bath room has a nice skylight. For the price it is a steal of a deal

It is a little out of the way on a quiet street. The staff was helpful. The room was clean and large enough.

Aircond not cool, quiet place far from happenings, wall paint flaking off, no breakfast available (no dining facility). What u can expect only to sleep. Wifi slow, always disconnected. No ammenities available. No phone inside room.

It's a very comfortable room, cool AC, cleanest...It's a very recommended room for all who plans to travel to Bali with a minimum budget, however comes with a great value of the hotel such as near of restaurants, convenience store (K-Mart), McD, and so on...Two thumbs up for citizen Renon

We really like the design of the room,and super big and comfortable bed was nice to relax. Staffs were really helpful and friendly. Just one problem:only had hot shower like 5 mins an it was cold....fortunately the weather wasnt too bad for cold water, but we think it could have been better. Anyway, it was worth the money and only about 150,000rp to Ubud by taxi! Highly recommended.

I stay here often when passing through Denpasar. CityZenRenon is perfect for a night or two and I always sleep very well at this accommodation. The staff are helpful and friendly, I have no complaints with the bathroom fridge and coffee/tea pot. Easy walking to food, coffee and mini-market. The TV and AC are working well the internet is a bit troublesome but this is the case for most of Indonesia.
