Superior Double · 2 Adults · 3 Nights

Our stay at Citizen hotel was very pleasant. They held our bags as we came in from an early flight. the staff was so helpful and kind. They even helped us communicate with our car rental and figure out logistics. The hotel is located in a great area next to traditional markets and walking distance to a lot of good restaurants.. We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed their breakfast each morning with different selections each day. I would most certainly stay here again.

The hotel is clean, in a quiet area and around 500 meters away from the train. it’s near the Red line so good if you’re going to Taipei 101, Beitou, etc. Good breakfast and comfortable beds. Shower works well and Japanese style bidet. It would have been nice if they had a sitting area in the lobby for when you need to wait. would love to go back
