Everything about this hotel is outstanding, completely flawless. The staff was extremely helpful, facilities were top notch and the breakfast was made with so much passion it was superb. I needed some assistance with some directions to meet my tour guide the minute I arrived at the hotel, the hotel receptionist couldn’t be more helpful confirming the Mandatin address for me. When I arrived back at the hotel after finishing up with my tour around 8ish pm, the hotel receptionist informed me that my room was upgraded - something I didn’t expect but really appreciated and “needed” as it had been a long day for me. Oh! I would have gone on the slide in the front lobby if I wasn’t in a rush to get out the door all that time. It was so cool. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to explore Taiwan.

one of the best stays I’ve had to experience! it’s very hip, has a slide, great and healthy breakfast, quiet areas, and the rooms itself has Netflix and is very clean and chic. they even have a really cheap bicycle rental so that it’s super easy to get around Taichung, because the busses are not very convenient so if you use a bicycle to get around it’s tons easier! every staff is really friendly too. absolutely no complaints.
