We enjoyed the all inclusive package. It was a great deal! The property is beautiful, clean, the amenities amazing, the staff very accommodating and the service great! Rooms are clean. Best feature...Adults Only. It is nice to enjoy a few days without children! Natan at the Italian Bar is 5+ Stars! He makes an amazing espresso martini. Edgar in pool service, ask for him! Do not stay here without having a spa day. This is the by far one of most posh spas I have enjoyed, full body massage with a cenote indoor pool. Ask for Rosalba or Sendy, they are top notch. Best place to eat in my opinion...Ceviva, the fresh ceviche is yummy. The braised beef tacos at the steak house is delish. Finally, the music at the Speakeasy and bartenders make ending the night fun. I would definitely return! Thank you Devossion by Live Aqua staff!

This was our first time in Mexico, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The property had plenty of activities to do. The food was wonderful. The breakfast options were amazing, from typical American breakfast to Mexican. Great lunch and dinner options also. The staff was the best part. They were very attentive to everyone that was there. What we loved about the property was the variety of people that were guests at this resort, very diverse in every way! A+++

We liked everything here. The personnel were the best. We especially want to thank Abel in the cevecheria for making our stay very enjoyable. Also in the Azur restaurant Carleta was very friendly and attentive also. Everybody is very nice, very helpful and friendly. But it would have been nice to have had more variety in restaurants and entertainment available. There was not any shows available so nothing for us older generation. Everything else was great

Solo stay

I can’t say enough about devossion! The food is great, especially for people with allergies. They ask prior to seating. Room service is super fast. I didn’t wait a hour like at other resorts. Considering they have the kitchen in the breakfast restaurant it’s not as hot but definitely prepare. Steak at carnivore was nicely prepared and was a nice size. Sushi wasn’t bad but wasn’t my favorite. Cevichera has some amazing aguachile. Oh and the bell hop at the front took some of the best photos of me! Thank you devossion for the great trip!
