I really enjoyed this hotel. The breakfast and tea time is delicious also. The only thing is that the hot spring water is not very hot and comes out so slow.

We booked a family room which had two double beds and stayed for 3 nights. The room had private hot spring tub. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The location is a walking distance from the Xinbeitou MRT station and other places of interest in Beitou. There are convinience stores and food establisment nearby. There were breakfast and tea-break (2pm-8pm) daily. As expected the food did not diverse much, but the quality was OK and it was good enough for us. The lifts were a bit small, but the waiting time was good. The room was cleaned upon request. After check-out, we could store the luggage at the reception until we were ready to depart.

Was given room 905 but went to 802 after we found a bug. Staff were prompt in service recovery. Bfast is basic. Good location next to moonmoon and 7-11. Love the view and indoor bath. The TV and room are big too!

Love the afternoon tea where u make ur own waffles. More locals in the hotel sometimes they can b quite aggressive in getting their own breakfast. I was woken up by the conversation next door. Otherwise hot spring was great.
