Fantastic

Superior Twin Room · 2 Adults · 3 Nights

We really had a pleasant, though short, stay at the hotel. We were in Singapore for the Bigbang concert. The hotel's location is very convenient, as we had the option to walk home from the National Stadium, since transportation is very difficult after the concert. What made our stay great was the helpfulness of the hotel staff, especially Mary and Yuga. We arrived quite early in the day before the check in time, and they let us check in early, seeing as we were very tired from the trip. They were also very helpful, answering our questions and giving us useful information to make our stay as comfortable and convenient as possible.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The hotel is conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easy for us to travel back and forth to the hotel. The staff are accommodating, and the complimentary late check-out until 1 PM was a great advantage. However, my only concerns were the lack of a bidet in the bathroom and the inconsistent housekeeping service. On some days, even though we left the “Make Up Room” sign on the door, the staff only made the bed without properly cleaning the rest of the room.
