baroque Roman style hotel, very dark and spotlights are not brightly lit. bathtub is outside of the toilet . rooms are spacious (booked a twin bed , super spacious with lots of leg room). the free airport pickup is limited timing up till 4pm only so had to take the airport train as arrived in the evening, instructions to the hotel via underground was easy to follow but it’s more like a 20min to navigate from Taipei main station. it’s right next to entrance of Q square mall, which has a decent basement food court and upscale supermarket which makes it super convenient. location is best as it’s a free pick up for klook tours. it is a short walk to dadao braised pork rice and Goodmaui cafe. Michelin Le Palais restaurant had the best baby roast duck for advanced order. lots of breakfast options nearby, 8min walk to Sihai soy milk for breakfast.

nice hotel, close to train station and shopping malls!. the breakfast also nice and many varieties. One point to take note is the room can be quite dark but other than that, I find the hotel is worth to stay.

Palais de Chine Hotel is certainly the 5-star hotel you are looking for . The experience before stepping through the main door tI'll check out have been nothing but awesome. The staff are attentive at every checkpoint, My kids love the facilities and it's a very comfortable stay.

Everything was perfect. Room was nice, and we the employees made us feel like home. The breakfast was also really good.

Service is excellent. Good size Executive Deluxe King room. Clear bathroom door, so more for couples. Wonderful breakfast with variety of Taiwanese local food, salad bar, western as well.

impressive place to stay. needless to say about the location - very convenient. staffs are very approachable and professional. room is spacious and clean. comfortable bed and glad that it is promoting sustainability.
