Good
The room while small was relatively clean with comfortable bedding. Bathroom also small with a partially glass door which results in a very wet floor after a shower. There was no AC and the small fan in the hot weather was ineffective. We had a view out the back and the construction noise was annoying. On the other side close to the British Museum and Russel metro line.

The rooms were cleaned but due to the heat we had to leave the windows open and the street is really noisy Beds very comfortable My mom’s friend (80 years old) got her purse stole at the restaurant of the hotel, while she was dining. It took us a while to get the staff to review the video footage and confirm that it was during her dinner while the purse was on her chair A homeless person even came to the lobby to ask for money I think the hotel could invest in more security There is so much traffic and it is outrageous to have your purse stolen at the restaurant of the hotel Luckily the passport was found on the curb so we could travel otherwise our 2 days trip would have be ruined with sitting at the ambassy

No air conditioning in rooms, and the check in process was slow. Customer service could improve, but overall the hotel is okay at the price. I would classify it as a 3 star hotel.

On arrival greeted very nicely by a friendly member of staff who checked us in and offered complimentary breakfast which I have to say was exceptional both in quality and quantity of choice fresh and tasty in a relaxed clean dining room. The bedroom was very clean and comfortable with all necessary items provided to ensure a pleasant stay. Will definitely return. Thank you so much for your hospitality

Clean room with nice bathroom and comfy beds. Breakfast good although tables and chairs are needing replaced as they are showing signs of wear. Lovely touch from staff with balloons in the bedroom to celebrate my daughter's 18th birthday.

If you are staying during summer, be aware that this hotel does not have air conditioners. Aside from that, the location is perfect and the rooms are decent

Convenient location (3 minutes) near underground and 15 min walk from Euston Station. Clean room, arrived early and the room was ready which was really helpful. Good breakfast. Some fittings are a little tired but overall a good stay.
