Fantastic

breakfast was varied and great. supper menu is ok but lots of restaurant nearby. great location, near tube and bus stations, and 15-30 min walk of most London main attractions. lobby, lounge and rooms are modern and very clean. Even watched a couple of the FIFA games in the lounge on big TVs. Highly recommended, like all my other ibis stays in Europe.

The hotel is generally clean and safe. Some improvements are needed re: storing of luggages so the staff can easily identify/find the luggages of guests when they come to get them.

Clean, central hotel, however it sounded like our room was under a waterfall with water running loudly through the pipes every time someone on a higher floor flushed or used a shower. No view, unable to open window past 2 inches. TV channels didn’t work properly. We were glad we could leave our bags at the reception after checkout but finding them again was a bit stressful, needs a better system. Basic no frills hotel.

Fantastic

Stayed with friends · For friends and family

I had a fantastic stay here with my friend while attending a Harry Styles concert at Wembley. The location was ideal, with several tube stations within a 10-minute walk, making it incredibly easy to get around London and travel to the venue. The staff were lovely throughout our stay and were always happy to help with anything we needed. The room was very clean and well-maintained, and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. We had no issues at all with either check-in or check-out. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.
