We had a lovely stay at Rajavilla in Lombok. The hotel is in an excellent location, rooms are spacious, overall property is beautiful & relaxing. The manager was also very professional and genuinely cared Our only disappointment was the restaurant service. We ordered just two portions of chips & a side salad, but after waiting over an hour, the food still hadn’t arrived. When we asked to cancel the order, the waiter was abrupt & then asked us to sign a blank receipt, which we felt was inappropriate. The following day, we spoke with the manager, who handled the situation very well. He offered us a discount on the food, sent a fruit platter to our room as a gesture of goodwill. We really appreciated how he resolved the issue. Overall, we would recommend Rajavilla for its beautiful location, spacious accommodation, & excellent management. We hope the restaurant staff, particularly in customer service & hospitality, receive additional training, as this would make the experience better.
