it is connected to BTS Ratchathewi station though i wish the link had a ramp aside from the stairs so that guests won't need to lift their baggage. The modern-looking lobby was in stark contrast to the rooms but I see the theme of Asian grandeur all throughout. At P280/head the breakfast buffet is worth it. Their noodle soup and fried rice are my favorites. Rooms and amenities like the pool look dated but serve the purpose and has what a guest needs for a comfortable stay. The only wish I had was for the bathroom to have a hand held shower.

I have stayed at the Asia Hotel Bangkok a few times now. It's an old hotel, but in reasonable condition, with a direct connection to the BTS station. This stay was in a premier room, which had a nice view, and included breakfast in either of the 2 restaurants. Main complaints about the room are the shower is too low, the bath is too short (plenty of space for a longer bath), and the AC is a bit too loud so I turn it off at night. This particular room 1123 is one of the smaller premier rooms. It's still a decent size, but you cant sit at the desk without moving one of the sofas. It's a twin room that had the 2 beds pushed together. The room is reasonable for the price paid.

great hotel. the staff is so accommodating. if you want a peaceful place and to relax well this is the best hotel. you can just relax and enjoy your stay. after shopping you can go swimming in the hotel and enjoy the rest of the night. since its near the ratchathewi station its easy to go anywhere around the city.

I had a pleasant stay at Asia Hotel Bangkok. The best thing about this hotel is its location. It is directly connected to BTS Ratchathewi Station, making it very easy to travel around Bangkok. Many popular shopping malls are only a few minutes away by BTS. The hotel is also easy to reach from Suvarnabhumi Airport. Just take the Airport Rail Link (ARL) to Phaya Thai Station and change to the BTS for one stop to Ratchathewi Station. The room was clean, comfortable, and had no unpleasant smell. I had a good stay and would definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Bangkok.
