almost great stay but avoid room 511 if you can. room 509 was great. but room 511’s electricity was flickering. airconditioning was affected with the flickers. we reported the issue but it was not fixed. location was near 711 and platinum mall.

Almost great experience. we booked two rooms for 3 nights. however, room 511 electricty and airconditioning were flickering. we reported it, they tried to fix it but issue was never fixed until our checkout. Just avoid room 511 if you can. Near 711 and Platinum mall.

stayed here for 7 days and 6 nights. staff are really nice and accommodating despite the language barrier. our only concern was the cleanliness of the entire place. the room was relatively clean but there are spots in the room (walls) that could be cleaned more thoroughly. also, they don’t provide hotel slippers so we had to be barefoot in the room our entire stay. they clean the room and change towels everyday though which is good ^^ will go back because the location is really good!

The location is very convenient—just walking distance to Platinum Fashion Mall, Pratunam Market, and Bangkok MRT’s Ratchathewi Station. The staff are very responsive, and the hotel is always clean and well-maintained. Highly recommended for travelers looking for comfort and accessibility in Bangkok!
