Nice, spacious room; clean; very friendly staff; great food choices; great pools and beach

The food really good.

Staff were all helpful,friendly & professional. The resort was well maintained and room was nice & clean. House keeping came twice a day to see if you needed the room clean or extra amenities. The pools were also nice & well maintained. The swim up bar pool also had shade just wish one of the other pools had small portion shade too. The breakfast buffet food was ok had alot of variety of options. The other restaurants the food was good. Don't come in the summer if like going in the beach water because of the seaweed. Overall my family and I had great time.

Breakfast at restaurant 7 is very very good. All staff are very nice and friendly. My wife and I have been at Live Aqua three times and we always enjoy our stay. Marco, the man at the smoothies is a very friendly person and he does your smoothie the way you like it and the way you want it.

We loved the property. Beautiful and well maintained. Loved the rooms. Poole were great. Most of the food was very good. We were disappointed that one of our rooms was placed on the first floor by the elevator in a handicapped room which we did not ask for a handicap accessible room and it was on the first floor next to the elevator right above the bar, the bar had karaoke several nights and was extremely loud. We were unable to sleep. Also, we had no hot water in the shower three times both my room and my daughter’s room. I had no hot water at least three times and had to call downstairs for maintenance to come up and fix the problem. Overall, it was an excellent vacation and a great experience.

Live Aqua Cancún gets all 10’s across the board with me! The staff were super friendly and helpful with any and everything that I needed. The resort was very clean and the food was absolutely delicious at every restaurant on the premises. I would 100% recommend this resort if you’re planning to go to Cancun. I can’t wait to come back again!

Mi experiencia en Live Aqua Cancún fue muy decepcionante y, lamentablemente, después de esta estancia puedo decir que no es un hotel al que tenga intención de regresar. Llegué al hotel aproximadamente a las 10:00 a. m. Entiendo perfectamente que llegué antes del horario oficial de check-in y que ningún hotel tiene la obligación de entregar una habitación inmediatamente cuando un huésped llega temprano. Mi inconformidad no se debe a que mi habitación no estuviera disponible a las 10:00 a. m., sino a la manera en que se manejó la situación durante las horas siguientes y, especialmente, a la falta de comunicación y seguimiento por parte del personal de recepción. Después de esperar durante varias horas, aproximadamente a las 3:00 p. m. tuve que acercarme nuevamente a recepción para preguntar qué estaba sucediendo con mi habitación. Para mi sorpresa, después de haber esperado desde la mañana, me informaron que todavía tendría que esperar aproximadamente otros 30 minutos. Lo que hizo la situación aún más frustrante fue la atención recibida. La primera persona de recepción con la que estaba hablando me indicó que regresaría en un momento para continuar ayudándome. Esperé, pero esa persona nunca regresó. Finalmente, tuve que acercarme a otro empleado de recepción y explicar nuevamente la situación para poder obtener información sobre mi habitación. Considero que en un hotel que se presenta como una propiedad de lujo, el huésped no debería tener que estar persiguiendo al personal

The hotel is very clean. The staff is very attentive, but it needs more variety in the food and a bit more entertainment. Also, they tell you the drinks are premium, but it's not true, and the beer was warm.

The staff were friendly and kind. Overall my experience was great. I would definitely come back.
