I stayed at Hotel the Designers Hongdae for 5 days and 4 nights and had a pleasant overall experience. One thing I appreciated was the housekeeping service. The staff consistently changed my towels and emptied the trash every day, always managing to do so while I was out, which made my stay very convenient and comfortable. Breakfast was included in my booking, but there was only a one-hour window to avail of it, and the menu lacked variety. After a few days, I found the options repetitive and ended up skipping breakfast during my last two days. Despite this, I felt comfortable throughout my stay. The hotel’s location is a major advantage—it offers easy access to the train station and is within walking distance of Hongdae’s shops, restaurants, and attractions. I especially appreciated being able to walk around the area safely and conveniently during the later hours of the evening. Overall, I had a decent and comfortable stay, and the excellent location was definitely a highlight.
