Overall the hotel is impressive and it is probably the best way to experience staying in a Hanok. It is an upscale Hanok hotel with nice furniture and the rooms are spacious. The rooms are clean, air-conditioned, the bathrooms are modern, and the complex is worth visiting. I just have one concern. I noticed there were termites crawling all over the room. I assumed they were termites because they don't bite and I saw them outside the building as well as inside the room. They got onto my bedding so I had to spray down my quilt every night. I didn't have a single bug bite during my 2 night stay, but I was disturbed.

La camera era pulita e in stile hanok coreano. Il personale alla reception è stato gentilissimo e all'arrivo ci ha spiegato le attrazioni del luogo. La cena che offrono è di livello e vale la spesa.

한옥호텔이란 정석을 느끼고 온것같습니다. 아침 새소리, 바람, 향, 운이좋아 날씨, 등등 와이프와 아주 좋은시간 보냈습니다. 한옥과 우리나라 전통적인 느낌을 좋아하면 만족할듯 합니다.

벌레가 나오니 예민한 사람은 이점 유의. 욕실 매우 불편,누런 타올,룸슬리퍼 없음. 신발 벗어 넣어둘 곳이 없음.바깥에 놔두어야 해서 걱정됐음. 전체적으로 직원수가 부족하여 친절하기는 하나 여유없음이 느껴짐. 식사는 정갈하고 맛있고 좋았음. 멋진 한옥 뷰에 기대가 컸던만큼 아쉬움이 컸음. 운영시스템이나 접객 메뉴얼,객실 재점검이 필요할듯.
