部屋は広く、ベッドも快適、バスタブは今までの海外旅行で経験のない心地良さ。ゆっくり寛げた４泊でした。 欲を言えば、レセプションスタッフが英語を話せたら、更に快適に過ごせたと思います。

The property was so nice and clean. The staff were very kind; they helped us call a venti taxi (minivan) and make a KTX reservation. They also gave us a free breakfast. We will definitely come back.

施設は新しく綺麗で清潔です ベッドはふかふかで とても気持ちがいいです ただ 芳香剤の匂いが少し強いので 少し弱くてもいいと思います 朝食は毎日同じで パンとコーヒー という感じです 旧市街に出やすいのでアクセスもいいと思います

・すごいきれいでおしゃれですがやっぱりラブですので、ご留意ください。 ・テレビがとにかく巨大です。動画サービスも一通り無料でみれるのでとても楽しめました。 ・エアコンが故障しており、一晩効かず寝苦しかった。翌朝メンテナンスを要請し、午後すぐに直っていたが、お詫び等は一切なく、大いに不満であった。 ・「部屋を清掃して」の意思表示をする手段がなく（ドアノブにかける札は掃除しないでよいです。しかない。。）しかたがないので、タオルだけでも交換してもらおうと思うと、ルームサービスでタオルを注文せよとのことだったので、そのよう試みるも結局ルームサービスでは、飲食以外は頼めない状況であった（最終的にフロントでタオルももらった） ・高品質の朝食と謳っていらっしゃったが、東◯インの朝食みたいで、物足りませんでした。。

Fantastic
Great hotel. Clean and spacious. Having a full size bathtub is a rarity in Korea. Foreigners be sure to use a translator as all documents/guides are in Korean.
