Everything was great, got Block G, a little closer to the lobby, water splash & food. Check-in & out using a number system. Easy peasy.

Great stay at Hard Rock Hotel Desaru Coast! We had a really enjoyable stay here. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was nice and the room design was modern and relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful, always smiling and willing to assist. Check-in and check-out were smooth. The facilities were great, especially the swimming pool. Very suitable for families and also for couples who want to relax. The hotel environment was clean and well maintained. Breakfast had good variety and the food tasted good. The location is also convenient, near the beach and other attractions. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing experience. Definitely a good place for holiday. Will come back again!

Hotels with a beach, and an outdoor bathtub in the room. This vacation I came to Sand and Sandals Desaru Let's see how good it is. This room is huge (suitable for families with children) Bali Feel outdoor bathtub Toilet, shower room, washbasin, all separated, big swimming pool There is a small Arcade Children's playground Lots of food: cafe, Chinese, Malay food are all available, with a private beach Breakfast has many choices

Our return stay! Room spacious and clean as usual. Amerald has a perfect view within a walking distance to the beach. Check in and out was smooth. Breakfast had wide spread then our last visit. But WiFi connection needs to be improve. Overall we had a pleasant and awesome stayed!

service: receptionist at the pool smoking during their working time. the smoke from his cigarette making people uncomfortable during at pool. many kids and baby also pregnant women there feeling uncomfortable by his action. hopefully something will be done regarding this matter breakfast: breakfast is excellent as always. hopefully in future, you could add some traditional kuih muih to add some variety for breakfast hotel location: prefect location for someone who wanted a break from caos in the city. near the beach and there is a small town nearby there.

This is the third time for my wife and I. First is with my family when the resort was 30 days old. Second was with my friends, and the third time was this recent one with my family again. Experience has been fantastic!

overall Amansari is a nice Hotel, clean, loacal food around walking distance.
