James was an excellent guide, knew about the tourist areas we were to visit and always emphasized on-time schedule. The buffet was really good, dining area was clean and foods were delicious and readily replenished. The bus driver was made the trip enjoyable with his smooth driving, best so far that I have experienced in Vietnam. He was on-time, observed safe distance, and was extra careful. I think he deserves an award or raise for his excellent driving skills.

I really enjoyed this trip; it had both beaches and mountains. The tour guide was enthusiastic, the food on the boat was quite good, and the service was very attentive and thoughtful. The drinks weren't expensive and were quite delicious. Overall, we were very satisfied with this experience.

What an INCREDIBLE day!!! This will definitely be the highlight of my trip to Hanoi. Our guide, Billy, was wonderful. He was professional, personable and really went above and beyond to make sure this was a memorable experience for everyone. Anyone who’s ever traveled with a large group knows that getting dozens of adults to listen and stay on track is no small feat—especially on the water. Billy handled every situation with patience, professionalism, and a great sense of humor. No matter what came up, he kept everything running smoothly and made the day feel effortless. Highly recommend!

Our tour guide was ‘Nghiep/Jobs’ and he was just amazing !! The tour was well planned and we had so much fun !! Will definitely recommend this tour . Also the food was just delicious and had lots of verity .

The tour guide will contact you the day before to confirm the pick-up time and location for the next day. Throughout the trip, they diligently explain what to expect and are always eager to assist everyone. Although it's not Ha Long Bay, the scenery is likely quite similar. Compared to the other route, this one is less touristy, making it a bit quieter. Finally, there's time for water activities, and kayaking on your own is a wonderful experience.

We had a great time on the tour! Everything was well organized, and the scenery was amazing. Our guide, Nghiep, was incredibly helpful, kind, and funny. He made the trip enjoyable from start to finish and always made sure everyone was comfortable and having fun. I highly recommend this tour, especially if you have Nghiep as your guide. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
