Overall, it was a good experience. The hotel booking included water park tickets for a family of four. There were only two minor drawbacks: first, check-in time is 4 PM and check-out is 11 AM, and they strictly adhere to this rule. I didn't receive the SMS that my room was ready until 4:01 PM, which was very inconvenient, especially for families with young children who need to change clothes for the water park. Second, the front desk staff's attitude wasn't overly friendly. I wouldn't say it was bad, but there's definitely room for improvement.

Our stay at the Hilton was one of the best hotel experiences we ever had so far in all the years that we have been traveling in different places, locally and internationally. I am giving everything - location, service etx - 5 stars. what a wonderful experience. everything was worth every penny. the staff was prompt, courteous, and professional. truly worth recommending and going back to. A big shout out to Klook and to Hilton.

true to advertisement, walking to Niagara Falls Park. There's so much more to see near the falls. Resto and grocery is just around the corner.

clean and good breakfast. however it is far from nice area. far from restaurants. if u have a car then no problem. if no car then use bus which is easy to use coz the bus stop is just on the side of hotel. bus is every 15min. other than that then everything is good. it is near white rock walk just accross the street.

no proper cups and only fragile plastic cups which is not safe for hot coffee/tea provided . exorbitant hotel overnight parking fees.. Can50.85
