The hotel is excellent, very comfortable, and offers great service. It has extremely convenient parking and is close to Yaowarat (Chinatown) and the MRT. The rooms are very good, spacious, and fully equipped with amenities. The air conditioning is perfectly cool, and the beds are wide and incredibly comfortable.

We booked our room at Patra Boutique Hotel via Klook. As soon as we arrived, I was mesmerized by how clean and spacious the lobby seemed. The hotel never disappointed! It is a highly-rated budget hotel located in the heart of Pratunam, Bangkok. I highly recommend it for its unbeatable location, cleanliness, and value for money. It sits just steps away from Platinum Fashion Mall and Pratunam Market, surrounded by 7-Elevens, money changers, and halal-friendly street food stalls. Rooms are cleaned daily, featuring free drinking water, high-speed Wi-Fi, and access to a relaxing rooftop terrace. We booked a superior room with a comfortable bed, strong AC, and a reliable hot shower, making it ideal for budget-conscious travelers. The front desk staff is known for being friendly, helpful, and speaking good English. We truly enjoyed our stay, and I especially loved the Instagram-worthy ambiance of the lobby.

I extended my stay for another day. This hotel offers excellent value for money, with an elegant environment and clean, tidy premises. This time, I chose a room by the pool, so I could just open the door and walk a few steps to jump in. Every time I returned from an outing and passed the pool, I couldn't wait to dive in for a swim. When I got tired, I'd go back to the room to shower and rest before heading out again. The pool water was very clean. The front desk staff were friendly and polite. A special thank you to the front desk and Housekeeping for the little surprise for my husband's birthday. The breakfast was rich and varied. There's a convenience store about 100 meters to the left, and a shopping mall a bit further down. To the right, about a hundred meters away, is Terminal 21. About a kilometer and a half away are Bintang Supermarket and the night market. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Bali.

The hotel is beautiful! The location is also great, very close to the MRT station! They even offer complimentary drinks. The room view is amazing, and I gave a hundred-baht tip for an elephant and a monkey towel art. There are three night markets nearby, all within a 10-minute walk. There's also a 7-Eleven conveniently located downstairs! The breakfast on the 19th floor has a rich variety, and the view is excellent!

This hotel offers incredible value for money! It's so luxurious for the price that you might wonder if it's too good to be true. The lobby is spacious, and there are restaurants and bars available. The rooms are also large and clean, with no issues regarding shower temperature or water pressure. Basic amenities are provided, along with bottled water and slippers. While it's a bit far from the station, using Grab makes it affordable to get there, and compared to Japan, taxi fares are very inexpensive. I exclusively used Grab during my stay. So, if you plan to use Grab, the location shouldn't be a problem.

This was my second stay, and I absolutely love the room design! The charging outlets are very convenient. The overall service was also good. Initially, I was given a room without a bathtub, but after I clarified that my reservation included one, they promptly moved me to a different room. However, the tap water in the room I stayed in last year was drinkable, but not this time. I made a mistake, but the hotel provided bottled drinking water. Also, the towels folded by the staff were adorable, which made me very happy!

breakfast: The breakfast is not Muslim friendly since they serve pork even tho they said can do halal for us but the kitchen still sharing, so we end up by having our breakfast in the room with coffee and cookies while waiting for the halal restaurant to open in the MBK shopping mall which have few halal restaurant. The staff are ok very helpful, the location very startegic in MBK Shopping mall and near to BTS. Transport can get easily in Bangkok either using taxi or tuktuk. Our room was very clean and modern, everytime we go out the toilet curtain will goes up (open) automatically seems there are sensored in the room, i guess. Just the water drainage in the bathroom is not smooth, water accumulates everytime after use.

This place is truly wonderful! The first thing that greeted us was the warm welcome from the attentive male and female security staff. The reception staff were very polite, and the breakfast staff were also very courteous. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options. Our family room was clean, spacious, and the bed linens, pillows, and towels were spotless – we were very impressed. The location is right in the city center, making travel incredibly convenient, and they even provide a shuttle service to the BTS Skytrain station. We are extremely satisfied with our stay.
