Been to this hotel many times cleanliness: could be better , had yellow stains on my bedsheets & some areas especially the balcony was dusty/ dirty hotel location: good location , less than a 5mins walk to a 7/11 & a market/pharmacy & washer , cafe ect , the area there seems to get better everytime

3rd stay this year and still the best for me. Just a little bit sad as I left my beloved jacket at my room after checking out. I remember it after arriving at the airport.

This establishment stands out as one of the most satisfying hotels I have experienced in Bangkok to date. The accommodations are both comfortable and meticulously clean, with particular commendation for the spacious and exceptionally comfortable bedding. The breakfast selection is notably extensive. Strategically located within the MBK shopping mall, it offers a prime city-center position, providing convenient access to Siam Square and Central World. I anticipate selecting this hotel for my future visits to Bangkok.

this hotel is a gem. the staffs are very hospitable. the room is huge, good place to relax.

I had an amazing time staying at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The atmosphere was peaceful, and the facilities were top-notch. A special mention goes to Boat from the staff. he was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile.

everything was perfect! the only thing i can comment on is just the lighting. room is too dark for my liking, but all in all great and would definitely recommend.

Hotel staff -all of them- are very helpful. There might be a tiny language barrier but they do their absolute very best. Location is absurdly great because the hote is directly connected to the BTS Ratchathewi station. Breakfast is consistently good with lots and lots of choices. They are doing some renovations since they're upgrading the hotel but otherwise everything was great and YES, I will stay there again and again.

Convenient Transportation: The intersection of two subway lines is very convenient, and canal transportation is extremely convenient. I would live here again in the future. The washing machine is a great amenity and very useful.
