Awesome place for a quick meal and freshening up. Service by the staff could be improved. Although they were helpful but they seemed very robotic and uninterested in their jobs. They were heard talking loudly in the presence of customers. Very unprofessional behavior. The shower rooms and lockers were in great condition. The cafe was comfy and provided a good escape from the terminal.

The Jewel Changi was a fantastic experience and one of the highlights of my trip to Singapore.

Morhaba is available in both Terminal 1 and Terminal 3 at Singapore Changi Airport, and you don't need to clear immigration to access it. At that time, the Skytrain was not operating, but you can walk from T3 to T1! In any case, I highly recommend the Morhaba lounge in Terminal 1! It's spacious, comfortable, and you can even take a shower. 😍

Kiztopia @ Jewel is small but cosy for children to explore and roam around. I think an hour’s play is more than enough due to its small size.

My family and I went on the tour on 24 May 2026. There were a total of 12 participants for the tour. We really enjoyed our time as our tourist guide Mr Seah is witty, friendly, knowledgeable and looks out for our safety and well-being. He invited us to observe and think before sharing his knowledge and stories with us. It felt like a friend bringing us around to explore the Eastern part of Pulau Ubin. We then ended the tour with a scrumptious lunch. Thank you Mr Seah!
