I visited again for the second time. I highly recommend it. There was basically no noise when sleeping at night. The hotel provided a large water dispenser so there was no need to worry about running out of water. The room was also quite clean.

Although the room change incident happened, the hotel staff handled it immediately and in a timely manner, so I would choose this hotel again if I had the chance.

The location is good, just a 3-minute walk from Taichung Railway Station. You can rent a Gogoro in the hotel. There are also many rental shops on the street in front. There is also a cooperative parking lot. It takes 3-5 minutes to get there by bus. The hotel counter staff is friendly, the decoration style is tasteful, and many unique tile designs are used, which is suitable for taking pictures. There is a social area on the first floor, which provides free coffee drinks and small cookies for guests. There is a massage chair at the corner of the first floor. Mineral water is provided in the room. There are also water dispensers on the 1st and 2nd floors for water filling, which is very convenient. The room is clean and comfortable. The elegant double room has a large bathtub and a bidet toilet. The water pressure is strong, the hair dryer has strong wind, and the temperature is controlled by central air conditioning, and the lowest can only be 20 degrees. The only two disadvantages: The air conditioning wind is too weak, and it is still like a breeze at the maximum wind speed, which will be a bit stuffy. The sound insulation is a bit poor, and you can hear the sound of cars and people walking in the corridor outside the door. There are new 3M earplugs available by the bed.

The room is not very soundproof. You can hear other guests outside the room or the birds singing outside the window. However, the toilet and room are quite large. It is a short walk to Yizhong Street. It was almost 1 in the evening when we arrived. There is also a small night market nearby with some small snack stalls.

You can take a hot spring bath in the room. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and there are windows to the outside, which can provide ventilation and enjoy the mountain view while taking a hot spring bath. We enjoyed a rich and delicious breakfast in the "Hana-mi Western Restaurant" attached to the hotel. Thank you Sunlight Hot Spring Hotel for giving us a pleasant journey.
