Itinerary: I'm extremely satisfied with the itinerary! The original plan was to depart at 5 AM for Sky Mirror. After Sky Mirror, there would be about 8 hours of free time before the next activity. We could either return to the hotel or explore nearby areas. However, since we were tired from waking up so early, we asked to go back to the hotel to rest and have lunch. When Ken learned about our lunch plans, he recommended ICC PUDU and drove us there! He even proactively introduced us to several of his favorite food stalls. I must say, Ken truly lives up to being a foodie expert. The food he recommended was delicious, especially the curry laksa, which was heavenly! After lunch, my travel companions wanted to buy chocolates as souvenirs. Ken even proactively recommended a famous chocolate souvenir shop, the service was top-notch! Around 4 PM, we set off to feed the eagles, watch fireflies, and see blue tears. Since there was some time before the eagle feeding, Ken took us to Monkey Hill nearby to see the monkeys 🐒. This was also an extra activity, and it's not available on holidays. Before heading out to feed the eagles, watch fireflies, and see blue tears, Ken thoughtfully reminded us that there would be a lot of mosquitoes and taught us how to spray mosquito repellent most effectively to prevent mosquito bites. In the end, we really didn't get bitten at all!🤣🤣 Ken also told us the best viewing spots on the boat, ensuring we could enjoy the best views of the eagles, fireflies, and blue tears. The whole experience was fantastic! Attractions: Sky Mirror ⭢ ICC PUDU (Extra) ⭢ Chocolate Souvenir Shop (Extra) ⭢ Hotel ⭢ (Optional early departure for seafood) ⭢ Monkey Hill (Extra) ⭢ Eagle Feeding ⭢ Fireflies ⭢ Blue Tears Guide: Ken is very enthusiastic and thoughtful, the service is simply excellent, and the value for money is high! Other: Sky Mirror requires an iPhone to capture the best photos. Since the water level is about knee-deep when it hasn't receded, it's recommended to wear swimwear/shorts/skirts. However, long pants are best for the evening, and since it can be a bit cool, it's recommended to bring a jacket.

Thank you to our guide and driver, Liu Hua, for taking us on a day trip. The service was really great, and he was very kind. He also introduced us to many things, allowing us to better understand the country of Malaysia. We went to the Sky Mirror and saw blue tears, fireflies, macaques, silver leaf monkeys, and eagles. In the middle of the trip, he also took us to experience a massage and recommended local delicacies to us. We were really, really satisfied and grateful for the driver's warm hospitality, which allowed us to learn a lot and made us very happy. The people we met today were very nice and kind. Thanks again to driver Liu Hua for letting the two of us see and feel the many facets of Malaysia. I hope to see you again next time. Thank you for being our guide in Malaysia.

Joined the Basic Mangrove Tour (shared boat, no meals, meet at Tanjung Rhu pier) and overall it was a good experience. The mangrove scenery is beautiful and relaxing, with limestone cliffs, calm waters, and some wildlife like eagles and monkeys. The guide shared useful information about the mangrove ecosystem. Just note that if you choose the no-meal package, the boat will stop at the floating sea restaurant and you’ll need to wait there for about 40 minutes while others have their meal before heading back to the jetty. Not a big issue, but good to know in advance. Meeting point was easy to find and the tour started on time. Good value for money and suitable for first-time visitors who want a simple mangrove tour.

Guramar was a fantastic tour guide during our adventure in Malacca, the historical gem of Malaysia. He brought all the attractions to life with his engaging storytelling and witty jokes, adding a lively touch to our experience. He even took us to his favorite restaurant off Jonker Walk and recommended the “Otak Otak,” which we couldn't get enough of! My cousin and I would definitely recommend this tour—there was never a dull moment!

The management is very organized with advance notifications before departure. The registration location is clearly marked with a picture of the booth, and there's the option to go directly to the jetty or from Underwater World. The boat operator was comfortable and punctual. It's only suggested that the boat operator could share a little history or interesting information at each tour location to add value to the experience.
