I highly recommend Prime Town - Posh & Port Hotel Phuket for a comfortable, convenient stay. The hotel was good overall and offers a wide room for two people, providing plenty of space to relax comfortably. Everything in the room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained throughout our visit. However, they could definitely improve on the lighting of the bathroom as it felt a bit dim. While the property does not serve breakfast, finding food is incredibly easy. Excellent restaurants, convenient local shops, and vibrant markets near Central Phuket are all within a short fifteen-minute walking distance from the hotel lobby.

A very pleasant hotel for a vacation in Phuket! 😊 We stayed here as a group of three and overall we were very satisfied. The hotel is located in a convenient area with cafes, shops, and everything you need nearby. The beach is a quick trip away, and the surrounding atmosphere is quite calm and pleasant. We would especially like to mention the staff—they are very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The rooms are clean and cozy, and housekeeping is good. After an active day in Phuket, it was a pleasure to return to the hotel and relax. A distinct plus is the value for money. For the price, this is truly a great option for a stay in Phuket. We also enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel itself and the presence of the spa and relaxation area. Thank you to the hotel team for your hospitality! We had a great time and would gladly stay here again. ❤️🌴

great swimming area. it’s not a big round pool but with different areas to relax. we ordered a pizza and tasted very good! breakfast selection wasn’t big but their guest room was so spacious and the bathtub was clean and stylish.

Definitely one of the prettiest hotels we’ve been to! Most especially at night. Plus they’re very considerate. I’ve booked the wrong date and realized it on the day we’re supposed to check-in. I could no longer cancel it in Klook so I tried messaging them in Facebook and e-mail. They responded and accommodated our request to change the date without any additional payment. We were really really thankful and happy we booked this hotel. If Phuket is on your bucket list, don’t forget to include this hotel in your itinerary. ❤️

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! It made me feel safe and comfortable throughout my trip. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful mountains, and Kata Beach is just a short walking distance away. One thing I really appreciated was the housekeeping team. They were so thoughtful and kind. On my first day, I asked for extra drinking water, and they gave me four additional bottles. The next day, they gave me three more bottles. One day when I wasn’t in the room, they even left six bottles of water for me! It made me smile because they really took good care of me. There is also a motorcycle rental shop nearby, which made it very convenient to explore Phuket. I also highly recommend visiting the famous Pad Thai Shop. The food was delicious and worth trying! Overall, I had a wonderful stay here and stayed for 5 nights. The staff were friendly, the location was great, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kata Beach. Thank you for making my trip so enjoyable!
