It's quite cheap, and very clean and comfortable, but the location is a bit poor. The closest thing is a foreign currency exchange with a very bad exchange rate, and there are no shops nearby. Also, the deposit of 1000 is more expensive than the price of the room.

This is my second booking with this app. I'd say the price is very reasonable (and includes breakfast!). I checked in around 10:30 PM. A Chinese tour group was arriving at the same time (so I had to wait for them to clear out a bit before I could check in). There was even a Thai person waiting to check in before me, but the female staff member had me walk around to another computer, so I was able to check in quickly. This time I got the Crystal Ville building (the building where I checked in - a first for me, room 3615 on the 6th floor). There's a 500 baht security deposit (refundable upon checkout). This time I went down for breakfast at 8:30 AM (on Saturday morning). There were both Chinese and Indian tour groups (probably for some kind of seminar). The hotel had prepared Indian food to accommodate them, but it wasn't really to my taste, so I had to eat the Thai/international food on the other side. I had never seen a hotel staff member scold a guest for playing a loud video on their phone, disturbing other guests. And then there was another person eating watermelon and spitting the seeds on the floor, who was also scolded for potentially causing other guests to slip and fall. I'd say the scolding was reasonable. On Sunday morning, there were no tour groups, so I was able to enjoy breakfast in peace. The TV signal was down.

We booked a two bedroom apartment and we really enjoyed our stay. The room is big and clean. The beds are very comfortable. The location is good and convenient, surrounded by good local restaurants. we feel safe staying in this area.

we had a great stay in Glow Pattaya Hotel, the staff are so friendly and accommodating. there’s gym and pool that makes it exciting.
