The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of delicious options. The staff is excellent and very attentive. 👍 You can drop off your luggage early and take the kids upstairs to play in the children's play area - my kids had a blast! We slept great that night. The soundproofing is a little lacking; you can hear the kids jumping around upstairs.

It's really hot, but we had fun playing in both the snow and the water. The park is large, and there are shady areas to escape the sun, making for a good travel experience. The only downside is the food, which is quite bad and expensive. A plate of fried rice cost 200, the rice was hard, and that was just for the fried rice and a drink.

Instant access and very convenient! The ticket price is a great value. My kids have been several times. The zoo continues to make small improvements, and we hope it keeps getting better and better.

We took our almost 3-year-old, and it was also our first time as parents. We went specifically for the ice slide (it would be even better if it snowed!). Even though it was crowded on the weekend, parking was easy, we got to ride the slide, and we were lucky enough to find a spot for lunch without any trouble! Since it was our first time, and we didn't do our homework, we didn't realize that some facilities have limited hours + capacity restrictions, and we didn't know we could play in the water. That was the only downside. We'll come back next year when our child is a little older!
